Pearls & Tea

How could you not love a LJ community with a title like this? I found Pearls & Tea via Wish Wish Wish (another beautiful blog), and have spent all night looking at the lovely, pretty pictures. I think it might be my new happy place.

Beautiful! I wish I could host a tea party & wear petticoats & eat macaroons all day.

Em - Ahh intriguing! <3
amanda - I've seen book cutouts before, but just of people's faces and whatnot... not of little tea parties! Cuuute!
emily jane - Haha OK!
Sarah Von - Yes that's my favourite too =)
kittentails - Haha not creepy at all! You bring the tea and I'll bring the macaroons!
lucille - In the entry they said they made little paper stars and left them in heart shaped containers everywhere! How sweet!

I love, love, love the book cutouts (although I have to subdue the horror that anyone could cut a book...). The mad-hatter one is just perfect. Apart from being clever in a hand-craft way, the 'realisation' of the words like this is art in a form that really speaks to me.
